Road Constructions
- M1 Expansion 2012 – 2014
Working in partnership with Costain Limited the motor way was expanded from junction 28 to junction 35
- M3 Reconstruction 2014 -2015
The M3 between Junction 4 at Fleet and Junction 2 interchange with M25. The main contracting partner was Balfour Beatty Limited
- M25 J30 / A13 2015 – 2016
Working in partnership with Skanska Limited, Charles & Co. played a major construction role in widening of unction 30 and A13 corridor.
Buildings and other infrastructures
- Royal Free Hospital- Pears Building Project 2016 – Present
New state of the art multi-storey medical research centre building with Willmott Dixon Ltd as construction partner.
- Southend Local Airport 2012 – 2014
Construction and expansion of a existing terminal. The contract ward awarded to Charles & Co by Kier Limited as the main contractor.
- Canary Wharf 2010 – 2012
Contract awarded by Canary Wharf Contractor Ltd for major building constructions with Bally Moore as our contract partners.
- Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 2008 – 2010
This is one of the major infrastructural contracts undertaken by Charles & Co Ltd. It involved construction of a whole new state of the art airport terminal. It included road construction as well as buildings. Our main partners were Laing O’Rourke Ltd and Amec Ltd.
